Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive with Sunset Hospitality Group. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and HR policies, handling employee relations, and leading HR management initiatives. This role will be located in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of HR policies and operations
- Demonstrated experience in HR management and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the hospitality industry, familiarity with local labor laws and regulations, and a master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
