A leading global professional services firm is seeking a high performing and commercial Senior HR Adviser to join their Singapore office. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Regional HR Leadership based in another country, offering both strategic and hands-on responsibilities supporting a combination of fee-earner and business services client groups.

Operating in an end-to- end HR Business Partner role, this individual will operate in an advisory and internal HR Consultant capacity, working closely with the business (up to Partner / Business Head level) and HR team locally and internationally.

This individual will help drive the HR strategy for their business areas across Singapore, managing HR processes, advisory, and projects end-to-end, working closely with the global and regional teams on specific programmes and frameworks. Employee Relations and Performance Management experience is also beneficial as this individual will be hands on will all areas of the HR generalist role.

You will be an accomplished HR Business Partner or Senior HR Adviser, with a track record operating in large global matrix professional services firm. You will be comfortable partnering with leadership team (business services and fee-earners) and HR team in a trusted HR adviser capacity, as part of a lean and collaborative team. You take an innovative and solutions-oriented approach – able to think big picture and execute in an all-encompassing role. Former experience in global professional services firm is preferred given the global partnership structure.
