Senior Executive HR Generalist/manufacturing

**Role Responsibilities**:

- HR Management: Provide HR business partnership, implement HR policies, develop programs, policies, procedures and controls regarding employment, manpower, and employee statistics. Liaise with other functional and departmental heads, and provide timely and professional advice to local management on all aspects of HR issues.
- Recruitment & Selection: Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies, identify good recruitment channels, ensure compliant recruitments, and advise Hiring Manager on any discrepancies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Advise Country Manager if the current remuneration and benefits are competitive, responsible for annual salary increase and bonus pay-out, ensure Company-appointed Broker provides reasonable and cost-effective quotes, and responsible for Annual Budgeting exercise and related monthly budget variance reports and activities.
- Projects: Drive and implement new HRIS project for SEA, project manage and facilitate end-to-end project activities, provide expert support to stakeholders, and integrate all countries under SEA into one regional HRIS system.

Southeast Asia Human Resources:

- Advocate all Group/Area HR activities, inculcating a positive and engaging culture in Southeast Asia.
- Provide expertise advise/support to Country HR Leads on day-to-day matters, especially on employee relations.
- Support Area Human Resources Director, SEA in reviewing current processes and documentations and making recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with Country HR Leads to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with the regional HR strategy.

**Role Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of work experience
- Preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in HRIS implementation specifically with a focus on payroll
- Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices in multiple countries
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies
- Hands-on approach with both operational and strategic skills
- Detail-oriented and commercially aware
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the company
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytics data to all levels of the organization.
- Willing to work in West industrial area (Transport pick-up will be provided for staff)
