Senior HR Generalist (Compensation & Benefits)
**Job Description**:
As a Senior HR Generalist (CompBen), you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs. From conducting salary surveys to crafting enticing total rewards packages, you'll be the architect of the employees' satisfaction. Your expertise in HR policies and compliance will ensure a smooth employee experience, while your strategic mindset will contribute to the overall organizational success.
**Responsibilities**:
Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement.
Oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor for HR-related matters.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits (minimum 10 years of relevant experience).
In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR policies.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, and labour legislation.
