About The Company Our client is a well-established European company in the high-tech industrial sector. They are currently looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Singapore. This will be a 2-year contract role with the possibility of renewal or conversion. About The Job Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth business functioning. Managing employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture. Implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and best practices. Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding to enhance employee experience. Handling compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Maintaining accurate HR records and reports for auditing and strategic decision-making. Assisting in performance management processes to drive employee development. Skills And Experience Required Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a HR generalist position Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations, including work pass administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
