About The Company

Our client is a well-established European company in the high-tech industrial sector. They are currently looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Singapore. This will be a 2-year contract role with the possibility of renewal or conversion.

About The Job

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Managing employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and best practices.
  • Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding to enhance employee experience.
  • Handling compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and reports for auditing and strategic decision-making.
  • Assisting in performance management processes to drive employee development.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a HR generalist position
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations, including work pass administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
