This is a permanent, full-time position in Singapore, with regional coverage. The role offers a flexible and hybrid work arrangement and requires an independent self-starter to be the anchor and go-to person for all HR responsibilities in the office.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HR, with a solid track record as a HR Generalist (including managing payroll/payroll vendor) is required.
The Senior HR Generalist will provide full HR support to employees in Singapore, as well as potentially 1 to 2 more offices within Asia. They will ensure the company adheres to local employment laws and internal policies. The role also includes conducting salary reviews, managing insurance and benefits programs, and supporting employee engagement activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly organized, able to manage their time effectively. Prior work experience in diverse, international environments would be a plus as well.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full HR support to employees in Singapore and potentially 1 to 2 more offices within Asia.
- Ensure the company adheres to local employment laws and internal policies.
- Conduct salary reviews and manage insurance and benefits programs.
- Suport employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
