Job Title: HR Generalist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining office facilities, and performing various HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, wellness programs, and workers' compensation.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to stay current and informed.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:
  • Knowledge of HR software systems and technology.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
