HR Generalist

The role of an HR Generalist is a dynamic and challenging position that requires the ability to handle various human resource-related tasks. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to line managers on a range of HR matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advisory services to line managers on talent acquisition, medical benefits, learning & development, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Prepare budgets for manpower exercises and submit proposals to Head Office.
- Manage medical insurance renewals and prepare detailed reports for external brokers.
- Perform annual reviews of HR policies and processes, recommending improvements as needed.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and annual income tax filing with outsourced service providers.
- Evaluate and renew third-party vendor services, negotiate rates, and review service agreements.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and reporting.
- Submit monthly headcount reports to Head Office and labour market surveys to regulators promptly.
Requirements:
- Digital transformation experience and analytical skills are highly valued.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
