Job Title: HR Generalist

    We are seeking a highly organized and skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of Recruitment including preparing job advertisements, screening candidates, and coordinating new hire onboarding and employee offboarding activities.

    The successful candidate will also manage employee benefits administration, process monthly payroll, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will handle various administrative and clerical responsibilities, coordinate internal staff and external parties to ensure effective communication, and assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

    Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration and/or accounting roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and employment laws is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
