Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, leave and training administration, employee benefits management, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Administer employee leave and benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Prepare monthly reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
