Our client is an established Technology and Security Services Company providing security solutions both physical and IT Technical services.

We are assisting them in the search for an HR Executive position to join at a Generalist level as the main point person in HR related and operations matters.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- The role will be the point-person in day-to-day HR activities including (but not limited to) recruitment, on/off-boarding, welfare administration.
- Will organize HR processes and procedures and establish employee guidelines for the company.
- Must be a Generalist with emphasis on benefits administration, recruitment, staff welfare, staff development, training and escalation management.

**Position Requirements**:

- Diploma holder in HR, Management, Operations Management.
- 4 to 5 years experience in an HR Generalist capacity, mature professional and able to deal with escalations.
- Regular work hours, Mon to Fri and will be working in the West area of Singapore.
