As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Global Finance to head finance operations worldwide and play a pivotal role in steering the financial and strategic direction of the business.

Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Global Finance will lead the firm's financial operations across multiple regions, ensuring robust financial governance, effective cash flow management, and strategic decision support to the executive team.

This role is both strategic and operational —the incumbent will provide board-level insights on business performance, manage risk and compliance, and drive long-term profitability while also overseeing day-to-day finance operations including reporting, budgeting, taxation, and audit across jurisdictions.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team , the Senior Manager will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Regional Managing Partners, ensuring the firm's financial resilience and scalability in a dynamic global hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the CEO and Executive Team in shaping corporate strategy, growth planning, and investment decisions.
• Provide thought leadership on financial modeling, capital structuring, and cross-border tax strategies.
• Advise on M&A opportunities, joint ventures, and market expansion initiatives in Asia, Australia, and Europe.
• Serve as the financial spokesperson to external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, regulators, and banking partners.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles across all regions.
• Develop financial models to assess new market opportunities, client segments, and service lines.
• Deliver regular performance dashboards, profitability analyses, and scenario planning to the executive team.

Financial Operations & Governance

• Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, and reporting functions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS), local statutory requirements, and group policies.
• Manage global cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support expansion and project-based revenue cycles.
• Establish robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.

Business Partnering

• Work closely with Regional Managing Partners and Business Unit Heads to align financial goals with operational outcomes.
• Provide insights on project profitability, client contract structures, and pricing strategies.
• Drive efficiency initiatives and margin improvement programs.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global finance team, ensuring collaboration across time zones and geographies.
• Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage external finance partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CA/CPA qualification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive finance experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership role .
• Prior exposure to hospitality, consulting, or professional services industries highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in international finance management , including multi-currency operations, tax planning, and cross-border compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution .
• Strong technical expertise in IFRS, financial systems, and performance reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and board presentation skills.
