The Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) is a not-for-profit organisation established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2024 to harness technology and foster innovation for more efficient, resilient, and inclusive financial ecosystems through global partnerships. GFTN organises convening forums, offers advisory services on innovation ecosystems, provides access to transformative digital platforms, and invests in technology startups with the potential for growth and positive social impact through its venture fund.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Manager to join our team and drive the content strategy for our forums. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation in financial services and possess a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute by:

  1. Engaging with public and private sector leaders, industry experts, and thought leaders to understand industry trends
  2. Conducting in-depth research on topics such as AI, Quantum, Digital Assets, and ESG
  3. Leading the development of annual content strategies for each forum
  4. Curating content program agendas and session narratives
  5. Providing on-site support during events for seamless content execution
  6. Coordinating with event production teams for high-quality programming
  7. Identifying and securing speakers, including C-suite executives
  8. Writing compelling, industry-accurate copy
  9. Driving content marketing and speaker campaigns
  10. Developing an expert/speaker database

Who you are:

  • You have at least 5 years of research experience, preferably in FinTech
  • You possess exceptional analytical skills and can quickly learn new topics
  • You have strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • You can curate content that attracts diverse stakeholders and contributes to product success
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

Good to have:

  • Experience creating thought leadership articles, blogs, or whitepapers on FinTech topics; contributions to industry publications are a plus
  • Proficiency in public speaking, moderation, and presenting at industry events
