What The Job Covers*
- Work with the Account lead to drive the response to client brief, ensuring that the right team and systems are in place to deliver projects to the highest possible quality.
- Drive quality control and review processes across deliverables.
- Set up project and deliverable timelines and manage the required team members to hit these timelines.
- Manage internal project management tools to track deliverables and tasks from required team members.
- Manage internal team expectations on project timings and provide status updates on how the work is progressing.
- Set up and tracking project budget reconciliations, using third party costs and internal timesheets.
- Develop positive relationships with third parties and suppliers, ensuring that they are motivated to deliver good quality work for us.
- Negotiate costs and timelines with third parties and suppliers, manage their day-to-day deliverables for GPC, and provide a level of quality control to their work.
- Ensure that the right internal team members input into deliverables at the right time, to ensure a proper quality control process is followed.
- Provide regular status updates to the Account Manager and internal teams and, where needed, the client.
- Ensure that the correct GPC processes are followed internally, and help optimize these processes as needed.

**Who we’re looking for**
- 5+ years of project management in online advertising
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related technical field required
- Good communication skill
- Strong understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
