About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Digital Strategy, Performance & Transformation team. As a key member of the team, you will support the development and implementation of our digital strategy, driving business growth and transformation across ASEAN. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our digital roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and refinement of our digital strategy and KPIs to ensure they are current and relevant
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and plan digital roadmaps, drive market studies, and summarize complex data into strategic messaging
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to report and present business performance, working with wider UOB stakeholders to increase revenues and decrease costs
  • Prepare material for various management forums, including Board, C-suite updates, and Senior Leadership Team meetings
  • Coordinate with Group Communications and COEs on various posts that go onto UOB's intranet
Requirements
  • Over 10 years' experience in a related field, with at least 4-5 years of consulting experience in a top-tier management consulting firm
  • Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust priorities according to business needs
