The Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada Singapore Branch is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Secretary to join our team.
About the Role
We are offering a competitive salary of SGD 45,000 - 65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description
As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives. Your duties will include:
- Coordinating logistics for meetings and conferences
- Preparing presentation materials and data
- Screening phone calls, emails, and requests
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Providing administrative support to other team members
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong administrative background with experience in office management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
