About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of SGD 45,000 - 65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives. Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating logistics for meetings and conferences
  • Preparing presentation materials and data
  • Screening phone calls, emails, and requests
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Providing administrative support to other team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong administrative background with experience in office management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
