Embedded Banking Partnership Growth Specialist Job Description

As a Partnerships Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance our ecosystem.

This is a key position that requires strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to build initiatives that support the growth and scaling of MSME customer base and improve the Lifetime Value (LTV) of customers on-boarded through partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Originate, manage and develop strategic partnerships to create embedded banking experiences that drive MSME customer acquisition at scale.
    2. Enhance existing business processes and improve operational efficiency through effective partnership management.
