About this role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Partnerships Development Manager to join our Business Banking team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance our ecosystem and deliver innovative solutions to customers.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to build relationships and drive initiatives that support the growth and scaling of MSME customer base and improve the Lifetime Value (LTV) of customers on-boarded through partnerships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Originate, manage and develop strategic partnerships to create embedded banking experiences that drive MSME customer acquisition at scale.
  • Enhance the Bank's overall customer value proposition via corporate and digital partner platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute on identified ecosystem opportunities, including negotiating and securing partnership agreements and implementing collaboration initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners on an ongoing basis, fostering collaboration and driving mutual success.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership origination and embedded banking, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, accounting software, education or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of regional strategies and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
