**Are You The One?**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head our Network and Bank Partnership initiatives. As the Director of Network and Bank Partnership, you will be responsible for building and managing key relationships with payment networks, acquiring partners, regulated entities and embedded finance ecosystem players. You will drive the deployment of next-generation financial solutions and play a critical role in MatchMove’s expansion across APAC and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Partnership Development**
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with payment networks, banks, electronic money institutions, and key fintech enablers.
- Lead engagement with partners to deploy cutting-edge embedded finance solutions across cards, wallets, tokenization, QR payments, and cross-border rails.

**Product Innovation & Deployment**
- Collaborate with partner banks, PSPs, fintechs to roll out B2B payment capabilities that serve various client verticals
- Lead initiatives to integrate and scale services embedded financial solutions.

**Leadership and Customer-Centric Strategy**
- Works closely with fintech clients and ecosystem partners to design and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to client segments.
- Leverage client insights and the “Voice of the Customer” to ensure solutions are market-relevant and user-centric.

**Commercial Negotiations & Revenue Optimization**
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements with card networks, acquiring and payments partners, and service providers to drive competitive advantage and margin improvement.
- Secure BIN sponsorship and licensing support required for launching and scaling new card programs and digital wallet offerings.

**Market Enablement & Adoption**
- Coordinate with internal product, compliance, and technical teams to manage the successful launch of new programs.- Lead partner enablement efforts, including onboarding, training, and joint go-to-market campaigns to accelerate adoption.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, digital banking, or embedded finance with a strong focus on partnerships and program management.- Deep understanding of the embedded finance ecosystem, card issuing, regulatory partnerships, and cross-border payments.- Proven experience in negotiating with card schemes, banks, and financial service providers.- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital financial products across APAC markets.- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.- Experience in BaaS or embedded finance platforms.- Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard, and regional payment networks.
