JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR OF ANALYTICS

We are looking for someone who has outstanding expertise of data practices and analytics capabilities as well as a proficiency in problem-solving and data management for our clients, with the client. The Director needs to be driven and self-motivated as well as decisive, and should keep themselves updated on the innovations in the field so as to weave these into their body of work.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leverage the Google Analytics 360 implementations to identify and answer deeper questions like optimal spend, e-commerce experience and more
- Auditing the implementation across clients’ desktop sites, mobile sites, and mobile apps, investigating for implementation bugs and resolve the errors
- Design and create new analytical solutions for marketing-based problems - using, but not limited to, data analysis, modelling and/or visualisations
- Possessing a passion for numbers and statistics, work within multiple data source. As a consultant, you will Identifying opportunities, interpret and provide solutions to client issues covering marketing and media optimisation, ROI analysis, audience analysis and segmentation, lifetime customer value, predictive analytics, etc
- Developing new skills and sharing your knowledge with the team

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 4 Years of experience with web and digital analytics
- Tool - Experience, certification with at least 1 Web Analytics platform - Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture
- Qualifications in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related discipline
- Amazing analytics skills, including analysis and implementation. Love for numbers
- Data - Understanding of web data and exposure to web activity datasets
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, Ability to produce client-ready powerpoint decks
- Ability to work independently on a project or in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Must have outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working under pressure of deadlines
- Energetic and willing to thrive in a fast-moving, chaotic, entrepreneurial atmosphere.
