**Responsibilities**:

- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with private banks, identifying opportunities to drive ImpactCollab adoption and use.
- Relationship Management: Guide partner banks in creating or developing their philanthropy offer for clients using ImpactCollab, advising on strategic directions and options
- Partner Support: Support Private Banks in making use of ImpactCollab and its various functionalities and tools, delivering trainings and tailored support
- Compliance: Understand bank compliance and KYC processes to ensure ImpactCollab adheres to regulatory standards.
- External Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and collaborate with various intermediary organisations in Singapore to provide clear and complementary services to private banks and their clients
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions that meet the needs of private banks and their clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.) preferred.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in project management, specifically for initiatives within the social impact sector.
- Strong understanding of change management principles with the ability to facilitate organizational change and adoption.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
