Collaborate with faculty and student coordinators; oversee soft skills training and interview preparation programs.
Monitor placement statistics and alumni progress; represent the institution at job fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
Master's degree (preferably an MBA) with over 10 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition.
Successful track record in managing placements at a reputable university or institute.
Robust network within the HR and recruitment domain and experience engaging with companies across diverse sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Desired skills
Ability to analyze market trends for strategic placement efforts.
Strong leadership capabilities to mentor the placement team.
Experience in implementing career counseling and skill development initiatives.
Reporting
You will report to the Management and Institutional Heads, contributing significantly to the institution's growth and student success.
