Reporting to the Director, the appointee will oversee and set directions for the Outreach & Placement division comprising business development, placement, and marketing functions, to increase market and mindshare of SP CET programmes.

[What you will be working on]

**_Responsibilities:

- _**
- **Business & Product Development**:Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and visibility of SP CET programmes. Conduct comprehensive analyses of the CET market (e.g. competitor landscape, growth trends, and value propositions). Garner insights through analysis of information to create strategic actions aimed at growing the CET portfolio. Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen existing product offerings, and generate new opportunities for lifelong learning training programmes.
- **Partnership & Collaboration Management**:Lead business development initiatives to expand and form impactful partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. This includes fostering win-win collaboration opportunities with external partners, and working closely with internal stakeholders, such as schools and departments, to develop collaboration models, learning proposals, and programmes.
- **Marketing of CET Programmes**:Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote SP CET programmes. Ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the overall strategic goals of the division and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential trainees and partners.
- **Placement Programme Management**:Oversee placement programmes and processes to ensure successful outcomes for trainees. Develop relationships with industry partners to facilitate placement opportunities and support trainees in their career development.

[What we are looking for]

**_Requirements:

- _**
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in education, business development, L&D department of an organisation.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Extensive industry experience with a good understanding of Singapore’s continuing education landscape. Prior experience working in an academic institution would be an advantage.
- Independent individual with strong organisational and interpersonal skills to lead and coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer-focused attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels.
- Team player and problem-solver who is adaptable to changing environments and can proactively address emerging challenges.
- Outstanding written, oral, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Exhibits leadership qualities with a keen interest in mentoring and coaching younger team members.
