**Summary**:
Looking for Deputy/ Assistant Director for Hospitality and Environmental Services

(Operations in Food & Beverage Services, Housekeeping Services, Linen Services, Portering Services, Transport Services and Visitor Engagement Services.)

**The Challenges**:

- Assisting Director in providing leadership to meet organisation’s strategic direction (Delivering KPIs)
- Overseeing and managing daily operation activities
- Ensuring overall service excellence for patients and visitors
- Communicating and facilitating business plans to ensure that goals and objectives of departments align with the organisation
- Establishing, maintaining and implementing corporate policies, procedures and controls during operations and delivering of services
- Managing contracts and vendors to ensure that activities are conducted with compliance and standards are met in a cost effective, safe and efficient manner
- Developing HES operational procedures and performance measures (Ensuring simplification and accuracy of work methods)
- Driving and leading improvements and transformation efforts across departments
- Working closely with various stakeholders to implement initiatives for service improvement

**What it Takes**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Min. 8 years of experience in operations in large organisation (Preferably Healthcare or Hospitality)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders from various levels
- Proven track records of leadership and analytical skills
- Position and willing to go the extra mile
- Able to multi-task independently and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Team-player
