Assistant Manager Placement - PWD Project (UP-Varanasi)
  • As a Placement Officer at Anudip, your primary responsibility will involve identifying potential employers to create urban placement opportunities for PWD students. You will be tasked with aligning students based on company requirements and conducting pre-placement profiling. Your duties will also include engaging with company Directors and HR heads to understand their manpower needs and establish placement partnerships.Another essential aspect of your role will be coordinating with various branches to streamline the placement process and track the progress of placed students. By successfully securing placements for students, you will contribute to generating revenue for the organization. It will be crucial for you to maintain accurate documentation related to both pre-placement and post-placement activities, as well as managing the students" database effectively.Upon receiving job requirements from clients, you will need to provide detailed briefings to students regarding the job openings. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting job market studies and ensuring regular communication with managers and trainers to facilitate smooth placements. Flexibility is key in this role, as you may need to take on additional responsibilities as per the organization's evolving needs.The ideal candidate for this position should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline and possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in student placement within skilling, training, or educational institutes. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal abilities, patience, and perseverance. Having a solid network and understanding of corporate relationships is highly advantageous. A genuine commitment to societal impact and a passion for supporting marginalized communities are also vital qualities we seek in prospective candidates.Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to secure student placements for various courses and batches, as well as establishing corporate partnerships to enhance placement opportunities for students.,
