Job Title: Senior Placement Strategist Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Placement Strategist to lead our broking strategy and placement of individual accounts across the Asia and Pacific region. About the Role:
  • Develop and implement multi-national program strategies to achieve client business goals
  • Support new business RFPs through written content and oral presentations, delivering market knowledge on proposed placement structures and pricing
  • Collaborate with client relationship directors, industry leaders, and retail offices to manage new business targets and drive growth in the portfolio
  • Provide expert guidance and direction for broking activities to ensure clients' expectations are consistently met
 Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to grow the portfolio
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
 What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in senior-level broking or a related field, with a strong track record of success
  • Expert knowledge of the insurance industry, including market trends and competitor activity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
