Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our pioneering team. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in shaping the culture and standards of our organization from the ground up.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless coordination and personalized service across various departments.

Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, guiding new members through onboarding processes, serving as a liaison between departments, preparing for and executing guest visits, curating thoughtful touchpoints, and anticipating guest needs.

You will also maintain accurate guest profiles, support appointment management, monitor shared communication inboxes, and assist in coordinating private consultations and health education seminars.

Additionally, you will contribute to upholding high aesthetic and sensory standards of cleanliness, order, and care in guest-facing areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Self-Starter: Proactive and takes initiative to notice what needs doing.
  • Curiosity and Alignment with Wellness: Passionate about wellness or eager to learn and grow.
  • Experience in Hospitality, Wellness, Luxury Retail, or Healthcare Concierge: Preferred but not required.
