We are seeking a skilled and charismatic hospitality expert to join our team as a Front of House Staff.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and providing outstanding customer service. They will work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless execution of orders and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Engagement: Engage with guests, make recommendations, and create memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Order Management: Process orders efficiently, manage special requests, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Multitasking: Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high levels of productivity.
  • Opening & Closing Procedures: Set up or break down the service floor, ensuring everything is prepped, clean, and ready for the next round of service.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A warm personality and natural ability to interact with people and create a fun atmosphere.
