Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests across various outlets.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
3. Engage with guests, understanding their preferences to suggest the perfect beverage or dining experience.
4. Manage inventory, placing orders for supplies and ensuring stock levels are optimized.

Requirements:
1. Knowledge and certification in relevant alcohol service would be an added advantage.
2. A warm and approachable personality that naturally draws guests in, creating an inviting atmosphere.
3. Flexible with rotating shifts and working on weekends and public holidays.
4. Good personal hygiene and high self-discipline in maintaining cleanliness of workstations.
