We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager. This individual will be responsible for identifying and building partnerships with organizations that align with our business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the professional services landscape and experience in building medium to enterprise-sized partnerships. They should be well-connected in relevant industries and proficient in spoken and written English, with strong research skills.
The role requires the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships across teams. Experience working with Workday, SAP, and Oracle ecosystem is preferred.

About the Role:
- Identify organizations for partnership development and build relationships with key stakeholders.

- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth.
- Building and maintaining the partnerships P&L.

- 4+ years of experience in partnership roles.
- Strong understanding of the professional services landscape.
- Well-connected in relevant industries.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
