Client Relationship Manager

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) stands as a prominent financial institution in Asia, boasting a vast network of over 500 branches and offices across 19 countries and territories in the Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. The Retail Banking division at UOB is dedicated to offering tailored financial solutions to both Personal and Business Banking clients, assisting them in managing their finances effectively and achieving their financial aspirations through a diverse array of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service quality and enhance portfolio management through the referral of wealth management and deposit offerings, including mortgage solutions.
  • Proactively advocate for the Privilege Reserve program to clients, facilitating their transition to the PVR segment.
  • Provide prompt and effective assistance to the Senior Client Advisor (SCA) regarding account initiation, closure, and other related inquiries.
  • Serve as an alternative contact point for UOB clients, managing client service needs, transactional issues, and compliance obligations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of UOB's product offerings and effectively communicate relevant information to clients.
  • Assess clients' financial goals and risk appetite to optimally support the Senior Client Advisor.
  • Collaborate with various departments on initiatives aimed at driving deposit growth.
  • Accurately document and execute clients' requests.
