Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for all matters related to client accounts.
  • Develop and sustain long-term partnerships while fostering trusted advisor relationships with key executives and stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Take ownership of a larger portfolio's revenue and account structure.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, influencing long-term strategic direction and acting as a trusted advisor to engage technology decision-makers.
  • Identify new opportunities, effectively present, negotiate, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure comprehensive understanding and fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Guarantee timely and successful delivery of client-focused solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze usage data for comprehensive account reviews.
  • Provide assistance with complex client requests or issue escalations as necessary.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • A degree or diploma in any field, preferably in a technology-related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in solution sales.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a small team of sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications and systems integration landscape is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and planning capabilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
