Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with U3's Enterprise and Education teams to deliver expert technical advice and solution strategies to clients and channel partners. Focus on nurturing and developing relationships with key clients, U3 resellers, and strategic industry partners, requiring a high level of technical expertise and the ability to convey that knowledge effectively. Formulate sales strategies and proposals in direct collaboration with Sales, Channel partners, and clients. Maintain advanced knowledge of both U3 and industry-wide technologies to efficiently address inquiries from clients and resellers. Work closely with sales personnel to support them in meeting organizational objectives by: Preparing and presenting technology updates and solution demonstrations to clients. Keeping resellers informed and motivated to optimize U3 sales opportunities. Facilitating the design and verification process for solutions. Identifying, communicating, and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Actively cultivating relationships with reseller personnel to ensure ongoing skills enhancement and superior customer experience. Foster connections with and promote the growth of a skilled U3 technical community. Build and maintain relationships with technical staff and decision-makers of major clients. Provide ongoing insights to the Sales Engineering, sales, and management teams regarding competitive products. Engage directly with external clients and industry organizations, participating in industry events as necessary. Deliver timely reports as required by management. Qualifications: A tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a technology-focused role. At least 5 years of experience in PreSales Consultancy. Strong technical proficiency with iOS and macOS is essential. Skills in mobile application development, integration, and security are highly valued. Familiarity with U3's hardware and software offerings is advantageous. A strong commitment to assisting U3's clients and staff. Comprehensive expertise in IT with robust problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with experience in delivering presentations. Proven self-starter capable of working independently while demonstrating effective time management. A desire to mentor other Sales Engineers. Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of business and sales practices. Additional desirable attributes include: Certifications in Apple Support, Development, and Management. Knowledge and skills in Mobile Device Management. Familiarity with products and solutions involving Windows, Unix, Networking, Internet Technologies, and cross-platform connectivity. Experience in mobile application development and iPhone/iOS integration.
