Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for all matters related to client accounts.
  • Develop and sustain long-term partnerships while fostering trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executives across the organization.
  • Manage a substantial portfolio, ensuring revenue targets and account metrics are met.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, influencing strategic direction and serving as a trusted advisor to engage technology decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, effectively present solutions, negotiate terms, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure client needs are thoroughly understood and addressed.
  • Guarantee timely and effective delivery of client-centric solutions tailored to their requirements and goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate usage data for comprehensive account reviews.
  • Provide assistance with complex client requests or escalate issues as necessary.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • A degree or diploma in any field, preferably in a technology-related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in solution-based sales.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a small team of sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications and systems integration landscape is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
