About This Role


This position is responsible for ensuring the application performance and availability at Idemia. The Technical Support Engineer will work closely with other technical teams to deliver the best quality service to our clients.



Key Responsibilities



  • Resolve and escalate customer issues within service level agreements.
  • Document customer problems and collaborate with development teams to provide solutions.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans for local workarounds.
  • Communicate ticket resolution progress to customers.
  • Update support documentation and maintain IT infrastructure.
  • Perform system upgrades and on-site administration activities.
  • Evaluate procedures for correct implementation.
  • Conduct analysis under the guidance of a Customer Success Engineer.
