CubePay is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join its team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing round-the-clock technical support to our valued customers, including retail merchants. Your expertise will be crucial in helping customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our digital payment devices.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be a vital member of the Technical Support Team, responding to customer requests for on-site attention, from training to solving technical issues. The role requires a high level of technical knowledge, including hardware, software, and system networking.

What You Will Do

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting merchants with the setup and installation of our digital payment devices.
  • Providing on-site technical support to merchants, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A minimum of an ITE NITEC vocational qualification or equivalent.
  • A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license or Class 2B motorcycle license.
  • Excellent technical knowledge, including hardware, software, and system networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
