Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for managing their expectations and ensuring that all work packages are completed on schedule and within budget. This includes identifying potential risks and constraints, developing project timelines, and maintaining schedules through aircraft delivery and follow-up. Additionally, you will facilitate status meetings with all departments and shops, update daily reports on aircraft status, and report to relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation maintenance and a minimum of 7 years of experience performing heavy or line maintenance. They should possess knowledge of applicable local regulations such as NAA, EASA, and Federal Aviation Regulations. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, other business areas, and governmental agencies. Planning and organizational skills are also essential for coordinating workload around multiple assignments.
