We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, handling customer inquiries, and monitoring performance in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via hotline and digital platforms, providing timely solutions and alternatives to meet KPIs.
• Monitor performance in real-time, deploying resources as needed to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Plan and deploy workloads effectively, preparing statistics and reports to track progress and areas for improvement.
• Implement workflow improvements, handle feedback and escalations from stakeholders, and provide ongoing coaching to staff.
• Foster teamwork and accountability, inspiring staff to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer-centric and service-oriented mindset, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and another local language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil), with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, motivating and mentoring team members to achieve success.
