Roles & Responsibilities

1. Job descriptions:


• Monitor and ensure that customer service standards and service levels are met or exceeded.


• Schedule shifts and manage team performance.


• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance.


• Monitor and achieve sales targets and store profitability.


• Ensure the store operates within budget and minimizes costs.


• Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.


• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.


• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing the store.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.


• Implement store marketing strategies, including in-store promotions or sales events.


• Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) related to customer services performance.

2. Job requirements:


• A high school diploma is required, although a bachelor's degree in business or a related field can be preferred.


• 7-10 years leadership experiences in wholesale business or senior executive role, gained from working your way up the corporate ladder through various roles and jobs.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Customer-oriented mind-sets with problem-solving skills.


• Time management and organizational skills.
