Strategic HR Partner

As a key member of the THYE HUA KWAN MORAL CHARITIES LIMITED team, the Senior Executive, HR Business Partner will play a vital role in aligning people strategies and policies with the organization's mission, vision, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Divisional Directors and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels to improve work relationships, morale, and productivity.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and initiate improvements to internal processes and systems.
- Support employees throughout their lifecycle, including contracts, transfers, and promotions.
- Liaise with government agencies, such as MOM, on work pass applications and renewals.
- Assist with payroll processing and conduct exit interviews to analyze attrition reasons.
- Prepare reports and participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist role.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and project management.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
