  • Lead the annual compensation process, driving continuous improvements and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Support enterprise-wide incentive initiatives and implement change management plans tailored to the specific needs of the business lines and local geographies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver top-quality recruitment services to our leaders and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering.
  • Demonstrated experience in formulating HR strategy to support business growth and implementing with measureable results.

Demonstrated experience in coaching HR teams in different geographies

  • 5+ years' experience working across multiple geographies in APAC.
  • Strong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, and compensation.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization, with the ability to navigate complex structures.
  • Proven ability to drive transformational change initiatives across diverse geographies.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish credibility with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations across different geographies.
