Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Manager at BRUNEL INTERNATIONAL SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for:
- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with key management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall vision.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Operations Management: Ensure HR operational excellence through data management, HR systems, payroll cycle, and other administrative tasks.
- Employee Experience and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, promote team bonding, and create employee surveys to drive engagement and communication.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal guidelines to mitigate risks and maintain a safe work environment.
