We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at TP-LINK CORP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, policy development, and performance management, with a focus on high-performing sales and R&D talent. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying, recruiting, and nurturing top talent to drive corporate sales growth and build a robust R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment initiatives for senior sales roles, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier candidates for both R&D and commercial teams.
  • Develop and implement competitive employee benefits packages and localized HR policies, informed by comprehensive market research.
  • Implement and enhance an effective performance evaluation process with ongoing performance tracking to drive accountability, transparency, and sustainability.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by promoting HR programs that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with broader business goals, providing strategic HR support that drives organizational success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, policy development, and performance management.
  • Possess a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven track record in recruiting and managing talent for technical and sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices, particularly in the tech and sales sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
