- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution on complex employee matters.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing expertise in change management processes and communication strategies.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization through targeted programs and initiatives.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Work with the Organization Development team to advise clients on learning & development, team collaboration, and employee engagement linked to the specific Culture Amp and Vantage data.
- Support client teams in ensuring the right resources and skills are assigned to client accounts.
- Oversee delivery on the talent promises made in the client contracts (time to hire, retention etc) through regular monitoring and business relationships.
- Drive performance of client teams through diverse casting, culture, leadership development, employee engagement resulting in direct impact on client growth and satisfaction.
- Support the New Business & Marketing Lead, working with the different Centers of Excellence and People teams to provide input to support new business development.
- Take part in pitch meetings with clients, showcasing and storytelling GroupM/WPP's best-in-class practices, talent metrics, and employee experience.
- Communicate our gold-standard Talent practices in response to RFIs, RFPs, other written documents and pitch presentations as required.
- Support the creation of a wide range of pitch collateral, using your expertise in Talent Management to put our best retention strategies forward. Working alongside our in-house design and studio teams to present on brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations, conflict management, change management, performance management, and organizational development.
- Good understanding of regional talent set ups.
- Strong understanding of regional HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
