We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at IPS GROUP PTE. LTD. as a key member of our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Management: Collaborate with line managers to understand key business needs and project future skills demand.
- Talent Acquisition: Liaise with hiring managers to prioritize recruitment needs and support the effective assimilation of new hires into the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace satisfaction and productivity, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Workforce Planning: Guide learning and development managers in creating programs to bridge skills gaps and develop new competencies.
- Succession Planning: Partner with business leaders to identify and manage high-potential talent and implement succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including addressing issues and supporting line managers through exit and retirement processes.
- Proven experience in HR consulting or as an HR Manager/HRBP, with a strong understanding of business processes, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service excellence mindset, with a passion for addressing organizational and employee needs.
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, learning and development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- This position is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
