About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Strategic Business Growth Leader to expand our clientele. As the front face of our company, you will be dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the daily process and progress at the project site
  • Develop strong understanding of product lines, particularly in bathroom accessories
  • Identify new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Pursue new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Analyze potential clients and target markets thoroughly
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and seamless customer experience
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly
  • Enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities
  • Build up project pipeline to meet KPI and sales targets
  • Meet monthly sales targets as well as overall sales targets given by the company

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with industry and market trends relevant to our products/services
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
