Job Description

As a Senior HR Business Partner at ST Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in developing a culture that supports business growth strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive Human Resources support to the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culture Development: Collaborate with leadership teams to create an environment that fosters innovation and drives business results.
  • Employee Engagement: Establish effective relationships with all organizational levels, offering guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance, and development issues.
  • Talent Management: Work closely with the Corporate HR Centre of Excellence (COE) to identify and develop top talent, ensuring the organization has the necessary skills to drive business growth.
  • Business Strategy: Understand customer needs and expectations, developing practical solutions to close gaps and drive business growth.
  • Organizational Development: Lead organizational development and transformational strategies, including change management, conflict resolution, teambuilding, coaching, Employee Engagement Surveys, and other necessary initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Drive annual performance reviews and Compensation and Benefit assessments.
  • Bench Strength: Motivate and develop internal HR capabilities and bench strength.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and a proven ability to provide effective HR solutions in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Leadership: Strategic thinking, demonstrated track record of success in partnering with business leaders to support business growth and plans.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability: Able to work under pressure, multitask, and handle diverse issues.
