Senior Human Resources Coordinator

Masters Career Consultancy Pte Ltd seeks a skilled Senior Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is based in Redhill, Singapore and involves various responsibilities including application of work passes, maintaining personnel records, publishing job ads, scheduling interviews, onboarding and offboarding of employees, and administration duties.
We are looking for an individual with 1 year experience in HR who possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Responsibilities:
- Application of Work Passes: Ensure that all necessary work passes are applied for and renewed in a timely manner.
- Maintaining Personnel Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee contact information and employment history.
- Publishing Job Ads and Scheduling Interviews: Publish job ads and schedule interviews for new positions, ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Onboarding and Offboarding of Employees: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees, including providing necessary paperwork and training.
- Administration Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 Year Experience in HR: A minimum of 1 year experience in human resources is required for this role.
