Job Description
The Senior Human Resources Specialist will be part of the Mapletree Human Resource Services Team to deliver quality and timely HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily HR transactions such as coordinating interviews, employment pass application, new hires onboarding scheduling, and ensuring complete documentations of employee information.
- Manage full employee life cycle activities from onboarding processing, personnel information update, contract administration, leave administration, through to off-boarding processing in adherence to established guidelines and policies.
- Exercise independent analysis and judgement of established guidelines when executing daily HR transactions.
- Prioritise demands from stakeholders and HR business partners to optimise resources in support of employee life cycle processes, ensuring timely and quality outputs.
- Provide support and accurate responses to employees' queries.
- Support cyclical HR programs such as annual Manpower Planning and Performance Review exercises.
- Support and organise employee engagement activities, where necessary.
- Review HR policies and processes to streamline HR work processes.
- Assist in other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or related disciplines with at least 1-2 years of working experience.
- Relevant work experience in HR services roles is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and plan timeline to deliver within required deadlines.
- Resourceful with ability to work independently for daily routine work.
- Good teamwork with ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Eye for details and consciously check through own work.
- Self-starter, proactive and willing to take on challenges.
Benefits and Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment. The salary estimate is based on the current market rate and may be adjusted accordingly.
