Job OverviewThe Human Resources Executive supports the Human Resources department in coordinating and organizing a range of human resources and learning & development activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company's performance standards and Hotel Goals, to ensure colleagues are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain service excellence in the craft of hospitality.The RoleLogistical and Administrative SupportApply communication skills to perform workplace tasksProduce business documents using various softwareBuild relationships with colleagues, and manage colleagues' needs and expectationsHandle and escalate company/Human Resources/Learning & Development related requests or queriesDraft and disseminate company/Human Resources/Learning & Development information, including but not limited to daily reportsProvide administrative and logistical support for the company/Human Resources/Learning & Development activitiesMaintain company/Human Resources/Learning & Development database records, including but not limited to training attendance records, training hours and personnel certificationsCollate and compile Human Resources/Learning & Development related nomination/survey/feedback, for analysis and communication with colleagues and/or managementCoordinate and collate company's training needsCoordinate Human Resources/Learning & Development related activity between vendor/service/training provider(s), including but not limited to course registration and vendor agreement contractingSource for vendor/service/training provider(s) for company's training programme or/and submit recommendation for management decisionVerify and process claims and expenses related to Human Resources/Learning & DevelopmentPrepare monthly reports for internal and corporate reporting, including but not limited to benefits administration and training calendarsCoordinate and facilitate processes through the various stages of colleague cycle; from recruitment to hiring and conclusion of employment relationship, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, on-boarding and off-boardingColleagues Rewards and RecognitionPlan and execute yearly colleagues' activities including annual dinner and dance and general staff sessionsCollate and compile general feedbackEnsure proper maintenance of colleagues' facilities including lockers and changing room, colleagues' cafeteria and colleagues' shuttle busUpdate notice board and ACE on a timely basisTalent ProfileDiploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualificationsPrior experience in administration, human resources or learning & development functionsProficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power PointKnowledge of Employment ActKnowledge in Timesoft#J-18808-Ljbffr
